Purchase rules

The Gift Certificate can be purchased at the reception of the Grand Hotel Kosino in person or by phone.
When purchasing, you should specify:

– Buyer's full name
– Full name of the guest who will be staying (if known)
– email address of the person to whom the electronic version of the certificate is being sent
– delivery address for the paper copy of the certificate (if necessary)
Pay for the certificate using the selected method.
The certificate is considered valid after payment at the reception or receipt of funds to the account of the hotel "Grand Hotel Kosino 5 ★".
