The water comes from three wells (~1,190 m deep), enriched with iron, magnesium and potassium. The real boom in development began later, with the transformation of the location into the Modern Wellness Complex "Thermal Waters of Kosino". In 2012–2015, active construction of the complex continued, which offers not only thermal pools, but also entertainment areas, a hotel, SPA & Wellness areas.

The Kosino Thermal Waters complex is the largest thermal resort in Transcarpathia. Therefore, first of all, visitors are interested in pools with thermal water. It is supplied here directly from the source without filtration, in order to preserve all its healing properties. The only thing that changes is the temperature. The water is cooled to 41 degrees and supplied directly to the pools to maintain a comfortable temperature of 36-37 C.
